Small nuggets of information

Listened to this in a couple of sittings. Lots of food for thoughts which as an adult you can adjust to.
My only bug bear is not having the exercises as part of the audible version. I like to work on what I've currently covered. Now that I've finished the Audible, I'm getting the exercises via emails. I find it counterproductive.

Too much repetition to go to www...

Too many requests to go to the author website to find out more, and too many requests "TO BE MORE KID". I found it really repetitive.

I don't think there was enough concrete information, but in general it is an ok book to listen to, the perspective for life is not bad, and the context seems to be relatively easy to follow.
