This book will make your life better!

Everyone can truly benefit from this, it’s so comforting to know that you are not stuck in a rut or a negative mindset or thinking. This book by Sadie is thorough and has probably everything you can think of when it comes to bettering your life.

My Wife and I loved this book and we even gave ourselves goals and took a lot of Sadie’s great tips into our mind. This book is also a great length. Sometimes you need a bit of guidance and motivation and that’s exactly what you get with this book. Can’t recommend it enough.

Life affirming and empowering

This is so positive and reassuring, we all have the power to think more positively and not let ourselves be dictated to by circumstances. No nonsense writing style and humorous sayings like ‘the happiness hamster wheel’. I feel like a friend has taken me by the hand to give me a good and kind talking-to.

Informative and Easy to Follow!

The book gives insight into positive thinking. We are what we think, so a clean and positive thought is the secret to having the best life. The mind, they say, is a gold mine that can transform a life. Positive thinking is a mindset to be deliberately developed to have the desired end product of a good life; what you sow to the mind is what it produces back. The book gives tools and strategies to transform the mind which I have helpful. It provides a wholesome package that is candid and relatable.

positively uplifting

I thoroughly enjoyed this book on positivity, it really felt like the narrator was talking to me. The last year has been a difficult one on a number of levels so the book was very much needed at this time. It takes a holistic approach to how you can improve all areas of your life. It’s packed with examples I could relate too and although being a self-help junkie I was familiar with many aspects of this book the writer told the story in her own unique style.
I don’t often relisten to the same book so soon after listening to it but I will be hitting the play button again on this one. It’s one of those books that is uplifting, easy to listen to and leaves you feeling optimistic about making the changes towards a better you.

I’m already looking to see if Sadie has other books I can listen to next.

This is a real mindset changer this book. goes into fine detail on positive thinking and how this can realy change your mindset and life completely. Goes into detail about negative thinking and how u can get out of that situation , the impact both positive and negative thinking can have and explains how to take action to help get you on your way to more positive thinking and a happier life
