I loved everything about this book!
Laura Pavlov's books just keep getting better and better. This captivating, beautifully written book was so hard to put down. This single dad, neighbors to lovers, found family, forced proximity, small town romance was heartwarming, fun, and spicy.
I've been waiting for Nash's story since the beginning and I loved the way he found his love interest. Nash and his son Cutler fall hard and fast for their pediatrician and neighbor Emerson and I loved every minute of it. I obviously loved the relationship between Emerson and Nash, but the relationship between Emerson and Cutler was the one I really adored. I loved the family these three became and I cannot wait for more from this series.
The audiobook was so well done and I loved the narration by Savannah Peachwood and Teddy Hamilton. They were absolutely amazing at bringing the characters to life and it was a pleasure to listen to this audiobook.

This small town romance will live rent free in my soul!
𝙻𝚊𝚞𝚛𝚊 𝙿𝚊𝚟𝚕𝚘𝚟 has done it again, folks! She has completely stolen my heart with Nash's story! I fell hard for the grumpy single dad back in book 1, but getting to listen to, and read his story, to feel all his emotions.....it was an epic time!
Nash & Emerson. What can I say about this beautiful couple? I can tell you that these two have tension, these two have chemistry, these two are absolutely amazing together!
And let's not forget Cutler! He absolutely made the story so much better than it already was! I loved the way Emerson was with him. Not only did she fall for his dad, but she absolutely fell for Cutler, and I was there for it!
Let's talk about 𝑇𝑒𝑑𝑑𝑦 𝐻𝑎𝑚𝑖𝑙𝑡𝑜𝑛'𝑠 narration. Is there anything that man can't do when it comes to narrating books? I truly don't think so! He made Nash and Cutler come to life masterfully! It was like listening to a friend tell their story! And, 𝑆𝑎𝑣𝑎𝑛𝑛𝑎ℎ 𝑃𝑒𝑎𝑐ℎ𝑤𝑜𝑜𝑑 is a beautiful voice to lend life to Emerson. I loved how her voice flowed freely and captivated me! Together, these narrators made this story come to life!
Found family, small town, banter, chemistry, and a perfect amount of spice make up this unforgettable story. Once again, 𝙻𝚊𝚞𝚛𝚊 𝙿𝚊𝚟𝚕𝚘𝚟 has used her masterful story telling to create beautifully chiseled characters that will forever live rent free in my heart and soul!

Nash and Emerson!
Since Cutler was born everything that Nash does is focused on what he needs and being the best father he can be since his mother isn’t in their lives. His first meeting with Emerson was not ideal as he was not happy that she was taking over as his son’s pediatrician. Now they find themselves neighbors and their lives become connected as Cutler has claimed Emerson as “his girl”.
Emerson has come to Magnolia Falls looking for a place to regroup and is not planning on staying. One visit was all it would take for Cutler to steal her heart and as she spends time with Nash it does not take long for him to steal her heart. They fit into each other’s lives like two pieces of a puzzle however they find themselves facing both the past and an uncertain future.
The romance between Nash and Emerson was enchanting as each other’s happiness was their top priority. Cutler is a scene stealer and the relationship he has with his dad is adorable as well as his relationship with Emerson. The narration of this story brought out every humorous moment, every heartfelt emotion and you could feel the depth of the relationship between Nash, Emerson, and Cutler as well as everyone else in their lives.

Beefcake...winner of my heart!
Be still my heart. This book has it all, and I can not even begin to say how full my heart is. Meet Emerson. She has come to Magnolia Falls temporarily as the town doctor. Nash's first encounter with her isn't all that good, as she takes care of his son, Cutler. Change is hard, Cutler is his life, and he doesn't know her. But now living next to her, they are constantly bumping into each other. And our story begins. This series is special, with the bond the men have, the great texts they share and true family they all are. Add in Cutler aka Beefcake. This wise child steals the show in every scene is just the epitome of love. Then the couple, as they live, love and grow, it was absolutely impossible not to find myself right there with them on their journey. Loved every minute. Grab this whole series, it's one of my favorites!
And the narration of this story is impeccable. Teddy Hamilton play dad to Beefcake with a huge heart that can be felt immediately. He definitely loves with his whole heart, and whether Cutler or Emerson, it's huge. Savannah Peachwood as Emerson is perfection. She gives Emerson a bedside manner that I would love and a true warmth that shines through her personality. It's a listen that made my day and filled my heart.
