Playful book full of great tips for personal growt

Admittedly, this book is presented as if it's intended for female consumption. However, most of the advice and observations are *human* -based. Listeners with an open mind can hear advice that is both *fun* and helpful for getting through life. Julia delivers her points as playfully as she does things in person and Julia, while a bit more reserved, delivers her word with grace. There are some audio problems later in the book - they are distractions, but the message is still there and easily discernable. I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook and am grateful to Ms. Nichols for sharing it with me.
