Life changing
This book was recommended to me by a friend and not being dramatic but it changed my life! Even if you think manifesting is a load of woo woo and crystals aren’t your thing it doesn’t matter, I would encourage anyone to read this and you’ll be living your best life!

Super helpful
This book had so many relatable stories and really has helped me with trauma and personal growth. In all honesty I didn’t know what to expect but it’s now in my personal bible section of really special books! Thanks Jordanna, you’ve written something very special!

"Take your journal and start writing". Umm, no...
Any audiobook that prompts journaling is an instant fail -- I do not listen to audiobooks when I'm at home relaxing, I listen to them on the move.
The author got the date of The Secret wrong as it came out in 2006 and not in the 1990s as she stated -- this took away a few of her credibility points based on her poor research.
Everything else is based on her own prejudices -- it's a little inconsistent and a bit of a rehashing of every other audiobook on the same subject. It often seems that the only people making a success from this type of material are those promoting or selling this type of material.
It's not terrible, I've heard a lot worse, but after a couple of hours I was bored.
