Summary
Brought to you by Penguin.
The real Molly-Mae, in her own words.
Molly-Mae is no stranger to the limelight, having found fame on TV and online. But behind the polished exterior, there is a young girl with a unique story. It's the Molly not everyone gets to see.
In Becoming Molly-Mae, she unravels herself completely for the first time to open up about how she nurtured her creativity from a young age, took ownership of her body image, battle self-doubt and built a happy life. Along the way, she shares the moments, relationships and life lessons that have made her who she is. From the energetic child who loved Irish dancing and pageants, to the teenager holding down a job at Boots whilst building her dreams at fashion school, her journey to Love Island and how she copes with fame today.
By sharing these parts of herself, Molly-Mae gives a fresh take on finding beauty and balance in a busy world.

Aimed for teenagers
I’ve listened to the entire book via audible and I really found myself cringing at some parts… I would say this is very much aimed at young teenage girls. I found it repeated itself a lot and some parts were contradicting others. Overall underwhelming.

Good Job
I enjoyed listening to Molly-Mae’s story. She’s shared a good insight into how she’s achieved so much at such a young age. Only criticism is the repetition in aspects of her story. Also, well done for actually recording the audio book.

If you like Molly-Mae or influencers give this a read
I was interested in her life so I thought I would give it a read.
Molly reads the book herself. Which makes it so much more relatable. I don’t think I would read a biography that was read by someone else.
Realistically most of it is aimed for teenage girls and young women, but there certainly were some bits I enjoyed reading to.
If you are interested in the life of an influencer it’s definitely worth a read.

Wow🤯
This book was amazing, it was even better because I could listen to Molly-Mae tell her own story. I love to hold a physical book and read but listening to this book via Audible was even better than reading it myself. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know Molly-Mae on a personal level, it’s been nice hearing about her life and her own story of becoming who she is now. She should be proud of herself for coming so far and staying real - it’s one of the things I love the most about her!
Amazing book, I will most likely listen again or get the book and read it next time!✨
