If you're reading this, then we have something in common, whether it's a love of getting crafty, meticulously organising or making fun-shaped snacks! I find it hard to sit still, but losing myself in a craft project or tidying a drawer is my form of meditation. It's a chance for me to forget about the things going on in the world around me for a minute. I hope this book helps you to lose yourself for a moment, too - and that you enjoy listening to it and even, maybe, having a go at some of the bits inside.

Laura Belbin survived hitting her 30s (oh, to be wrinkle-free again), anxiety (just), motherhood (two adorable little shits) and the new body that went with it (a left tit that sags slightly more than the right, anyone?). In Knee Deep in Life she gives a fearless and filthy account of her transformation from no-responsibilities woman to being in demand 24/7, the heartaches and humiliations, and most importantly, her (definitely-pushed-to-the-limits-but-totally-indestructible) marriage to Steve.

For a long time, I felt that I couldn't write this book. At first, I didn't think I'd lived enough, then life got busy and filled with distractions. In more recent years, there was always a very painful consideration - I knew where it would eventually have to go. I have recently decided that the truth is the only thing that can set me free. The truth has taken a long time to make itself clear to me, but now is the right time to share it, all of it. Television and broadcasting has been a part of my DNA for as long as I can remember.

Hundreds of thousands of fans flock to the PTWM blog and Facebook page purely because Rachaele is genuine and incredibly honest and has created a supportive online community where parents (and non-parents) can go for respite. Her message is clear: not everyone is a perfect mum with a nice house, a steady marriage and 2.5 children. We lead messy, complicated lives. For Rachaele, blogging is about shining a light on very real ups and downs (from having fun with your beautiful kids and watching them grow to meltdowns, domestic violence, bullying and more).

Summary
Brought to you by Penguin.
Get to know the real Sophie in her first ever autobiography, This Is Me.
Well guys, here we are! What an absolute whirlwind of a journey this has been so far. So much has happened in the last couple of life-changing years, and I'm so excited to share it with you all: my Hinchers.
You have been right by my side for every step of the way, and I honestly couldn't have done it without the amazing love and support from this incredible family we've built together.
It's often felt like a fairy tale, but it hasn't always been easy, and I'm going to let you in on the highs and the lows as well as my biggest fears and my darkest challenges. Because this book right here is me.
This is me: Soph - the wife, the mother and the person behind Mrs Hinch. So let's do this! Put your Hinch Lists to one side, get comfy and join me on the sofa with a cuppa. Welcome to my world.
This is my story.

Open mind
Listened to the whole book with an open mind.
Used to love Mrs Hinch but the constant ADs, seeing people going into masses of debt to copy her + the over use of products and chemicals (including plastic bottles) put me off - I actually followed before she hit 1000 followers.
I decided to listen to this book after taking a break from Mrs Hinch.
Sophie seems a lovely girl and definitely doesn’t deserve the trolls and mean words said about her & her family but this book definitely just put me off even more unfortunately.
The part where Mrs Hinch threw a paddy over having a temp wall up was the straw that broke the camels back. As someone with a lot of £ in her bank account from just being on insta & a massive 4 bed house it really did come off as “ungrateful” especially when there’s people living on the streets.
(Yes I’ve experienced pregnancy and no that’s not an excuse).
I also find “hinchers” to be the worst “group” out there. Very cut throat “female dogs” nothing “nice” about them. Which is a shame!
You get abused if you have a different opinion or dislike grey!
(No doubt get abused for this review even though I wish Sophie the best in life) - hopefully after listening to Mrs Hinch talk about her trolls and mental health “hinchers” will start to be kinder to all.
I really wish her & all her family the best in all she does, they seem a lovely family but unfortunately she has changed from what she used to be at the very beginning and it’s no longer for me.
I must say, Sophie read her book brilliantly - and although Mrs Hinch isn’t for me - I did enjoy listening to Sophie’s voice!

Sorry nothing new here
Oh dear sorry but this wasn’t good. Repetitive pity party I’m afraid, full of contradictions and confusion and trying too hard to be perceived as a good - or an almost perfect person that it’s not delivered in a natural way. You can almost hear the anxiety and desperation to please and I found this an exhausting listen. She’s a good person but the story is uninteresting, and honestly makes no sense, lots of poor me /lucky me, you’ve made me/destroyed me, I’m actually a bit fed up and think she needs to grow up. I like the cleaning tips in the first book but think this book’s timing and content is tone deaf this is not a time for this kind of moan, she’s been afforded a magnificent opportunity but focuses too much on what it’s cost her. It’s a whinge fest of extraordinary proportions and I gave up with four chapters to go after enduring it hoping to glean something of interest. “It’s just not me, I’m a normal girl from a normal town” argh if I hear her with that mantra one more time, modesty overkill and terribly written, surely a ghost writer is to blame, its bland and insta captures what Soph is good at so I wish I’d left my interest there. Very sorry but more humour is needed and more anecdotal narrative rather than the endless “like me” drivel. I’m for interesting engaging well spoken empowerment and this was way off the mark and naturally I’ll be accused of being a troll for giving an honest opinion but I don’t advise occasional fans to waste your money on this. It’s for the die hard Hinchers who love every ounce of her, I think they will enjoy it and only them. If she wasn’t already worried about her state of mind I would be, it’s unpleasant to hear how tortured she is and just smacks of her continually exposing herself to the root cause.

Great audiobook but disappointed no pdf
Great audiobook, good reading by the author and worth listening to, but was disappointed that there was no pdf or online access to the pictures that come in the hardcopy. Particularly as the audio version costs £22, and in Tesco it’s £8.50. Felt a little ripped off actually - I’ve had other audiobooks that linked the information from the hard copy.

Disappointing
I bought this to see what all the fuss was about. But To be honest it was a massive disappointment. This is not a memoir just a rehash of the previous book plus a couple of extra stories. The grammar and style is awful and an embarrassment to be quite frank.
I watch Mrs hinch as a neutral follower but this has really put me off. Just another money spinner for her

Wow!
I absolutely loved listening to Sophie’s story and laying her heart on the line. She comes across as such a genuine person and to think how people could be nasty to her makes me so sad.
I also think it’s great to tell the other side of Instagram to all the young people who think fame is their future and an easy ride. Maybe this will make them think twice.

Don’t waste your credit...
I bought this with caution but I was eager to see what all the fuss was about. This is the sort of book I have on on in the background whilst working through my admin. If you were actually concentrating and listening fully I’d imagine you would get some what bored. This ‘memoir’ is basically handpicked stories, none of which are out of the ordinary and very self indulgent shouting me me me- she has clearly had a very normal life and a lot of people go through anxiety, not just you. Yes of course trolls aren’t ever going to make you feel good but surely most people in the public eye have this issue, not just Sophie. If you’re going to put a book out there like this you can only expect these sort of comments! I wouldn’t waste a credit if I were you...
