About this listen
Parenting is a challenge. Between busy schedules and stress, it feels like the world is closing in on you; we’ve all been there. Do you know what could help? Meditation. You’re about to discover a world in which you can possess the mindfulness to get you through all of life’s troubles.
With the recent COVID pandemic, life has been even more challenging. Through the isolation of quarantine, the trials of maintaining financial stability, and the hindrance to your children’s education, one thing can be said: It’s been a struggle. Now that we are coming out of the pandemic, how do we move forward with our lives while there’s still so much uncertainty?
I will teach you how you can use meditation - and a few simple tips - to make your life a little easier. Whether you’re dealing with sibling rivalry, homeschool hang-ups, or need some relief from the constant stress, I’m here to help. That’s not all. I’ll also teach you how to build your child’s confidence and independence, how to make friends and handle disagreements, and show you how to incorporate exercise into even the busiest of schedules.
So grab your favorite drink and snacks, stretch your legs out on the couch, and relax, because I’m about to tell you how meditation can change your life for the better.

Just right
After such a difficult couple of years this was a really laid back good listen, not sure I agree with everything but I have definitely taken a few pointers from this, and so far so good with my 2 kids.
