Summary

How does a hero face his last battle?

A retelling of Beowulf's final battle from the perspective of his squire, Wiglaf, who hates Beowulf as a cruel master and plots his revenge even as they prepare to face the Dragon.

This novella transports listener to a darker time when men stamped a less confident tread across the face of the earth.
