About this listen
Get ready to savour this delectable romantic treat - an audio-first novella by New York Times best-selling author Emily March!
Valentine’s Day has always meant trouble for wedding photographer Ali Lovejoy. All her worst romantic disasters have happened on V-Day, so she’s made a habit of hiding out at home in her pjs until it’s over. But when her best friend begs her to do an engagement photoshoot on the dreaded holiday, Ali reluctantly agrees and travels to the quaint Colorado mountain town of Eternity Springs to help her bestie.
While scouting romantic locations for the shoot, Ali is stunned to encounter a naked man skinny dipping in the hot springs. After the most awkward meeting of her life, she eventually agrees to a Valentine’s date with the sinfully delicious stranger. Is she destined for a fresh new disaster - or will she finally find real love?

Trivial but entertaining
The ending is totally predictable. But this is an entertaining short listen if you're doing something else and need a background book (eg doing the ironing or out for a walk). Be prepared to ignore the clichés.

Cute listen
It’s a diverting cute story (not just in February or December 😉) performed very well. Both narrators are great. I should have a look at the relating stories.

Gorgeous
This is one of the sweetest love stories I have heard and it is not at all gooey. The balance of humour and the spark between Ali and Max is brilliant. I’d love to know if the author has written more - either about the Romano family who sound brilliant or other books. I adored this one.

Short'n' sweet
A lovely bitesize romance giving a sweet story, well delivered and nicely rounded. All in all it is worth a listen when you want easy listening and a reason to smile.

Sweet and easy
This story was a little bit of uplifting on a rainy day.
Nothing deep, complicated or ending with a twist. Just straight forward hope for new love.

Charming
A lovely and charming story it made me want to be there. The final tie-in was a bit weird, though.

very typical for the author
very much the expected sweet cliche but shorter. plot starts well then narrows, and suddenly ends.
