First James Patterson audiobook!
Having read numerous books by James Patterson this was my first audiobook as they are normally shorter than I like. This was amazing though. Goddam it…….I’m hooked now!

Intriguing read many twists and turns
Liked the megalomaniacal attitude of the President and how he wanted to take down his enemies at any cost.
Disliked nothing a throughly good read.

Surprisingly good
I usually enjoy books by Patterson even though they are fairly same-ish and somewhat predictable.
This one is a bit of a departure in that I felt and thoroughly enjoyed it. Despite the second chapter starting with the dreaded words “2 months earlier”.
Still not convinced that was needed though it all comes together nicely regardless.

Catches you from chapter 1
This was meant to be my holiday listen but finished in 3 days. Great story line. Characters believable but plot kept you turning the page for what was going to happen next. One of the best JP books I have read in a while.

Good yarn
Good yarn, but uncomfortably thought-provoking. Builds up slowly at first but increasingly compelling and meant an awful lot of life got put on hold!
