Great book on conquering body / weight obsessions

This book is a meticulously detailed and comprehensive source of information to help you understand and address the root causes of body image issues. The author unpacks the psychological origins of such issues and how they play out in people's lives. It went way deeper than any other book I've encountered on the subject and I gained lots of insights that rang true, even though I would say my life is no longer seriously impacted by body image issues compared to how I used to be as an insecure teenager with diet fixations. Actually this book can be a worthwhile listen for people with other types of obsessions besides body image and weight.
