Summary
She's the girl who got away, but now she's back....
Four years was all it took.
I told myself I didn't need friends. I didn't need family. I sure as f**k didn't need him.
And you know what?
I was right.
He had been inside of me, coursing through my veins.
So I cut and bled Dash Chambers until I was free.
But the day I returned to Six Forks and was thrown at his feet, I realized I would never forget how it felt to have every inch of him inside me...and he's waiting.
Angel thought if she ran far enough, she'd be free.
What's mine will always be mine.
This time, I do things my way.

Urghhh....
.... That had my innards on a twisty turn...!
In the true Broken Love series style, this story will hurt you, melt you and lift you!
Willow and Dash's story had a lot going on, meeting after 4 years, with hidden truths, family ties and betrayals... But on top of all of this... A strong, yet, twisted friendship group!
OMG... the ending... I'm not sure I'm ready for the last book of this series!!
Spectacular performance by both Ava Erickson and Teddy Hamilton! A perfect combination 💕

Wow! Next please....
I have gone through every book in this series like a lost person in the desert would go through bottles of water!
The start is kinda dark, the sex is raw and well explained, with lots of "scary" hurdles and antics along the way and ending with a beautiful HEA!
I REALLY DESPERATELY WANT MORE!!!
I love that this book goes back to following the original characters because they veered off for a while to their friends and family.
If you don't mind raw honesty, darker than dark history and intensity (including lots of intense sex), plus you enjoy a different type of romance to the usual white Knight and flowers, then this will knock your socks off! I love dark romances and even darker characters with an erotic touch so when I started to listen to this series I was hooked!
I've recently started downloading more from this author and I have to say that I have put them in my list of favourites! So I would be advising any "none-snowflakes" to have a listen. If the first book is too much, then please don't give up, because once love is in the air it gets sweeter..... Still intense but definitely much more loving between the characters.
I just hope and pray that this isn't the end of the story and I have more to sink my teeth into.... Or would that be my ears??? Hmmmm.... Anyway, I have fallen in love and maybe have a new obsession.
Enjoy xx

Feels like a placeholder
I found this book a little bit boring in parts, and a lot frustrating. Nothing much happened in terms of moving the mystery or drama forward. The whole Esmerelda thing felt contrived - why didn’t she just kill him herself? All a bit silly.
The main focus of this is the Dash/Willow story and in that regard it played out more like the usual enemies to lovers trope. There was much push and pull and much back and forth to the point where it became tedious. I didn’t much like Willow in the first couple of books and she confirmed this in this book. She was really irritating, argumentative to the point of stupidity and the worse decision maker of them all. Even at the end she was being an idiot still!
I love Dash. He’s certainly the same Dash as in the first 3 books (unlike Keenan who had a personality transplant in book 3 for his story - I was gratified he’d gone back to normal in this book).
I think the author could have done a better job of the drama. Dash’s war with his father petered out, and would have been much more gratifying with a different result. The whole Esmerelda thing was plain stupid and made no sense. It was like the author was fiddling about at the edges just holding everything in place before the final book.
One thing I liked about this book was Kieron admitting to Willow what he had done to Lake. It made me respect him more.
Guess it’s onto book 5. After 2 average books I’m hoping for better in the final showdown.

Irritating Female
The main female character, Willow, was intensely irritating. One ridiculously stupid decision after another. So much so I nearly gave up several times.
