I whole-heartidly endorse this audbiook!
"Brush Away Burnout and Anxiety Effective Strategies for Health Workers to Build Resilience-Manage Work-Related Stress and Depression Through Visual Arts" By: Constant Goda : As a covid-19 survivor that walked out of a hospital, I really appreciate that this audiobook is done especially for healthcare professionals. While acknowledging the commitment of medical workers to provide care for others, it also highlights the significance of emotional and self-care. I appreciate how it explores the connection between mental health and the visual arts, thereby promoting overall emotional wellness. It draws attention to the potential of self-expression to enhance mental wellness. The nicest part is that you can do it even if you're not very artistic. It's not about creating something spectacular to flaunt in front of others. It's about expressing oneself via art and finding emotional healing. I whole-heartidly recommend this audiobook!

Great book on an important topic
Art is a pathway for everyone - I love this concept. There is proven science behind Creative Arts Therapy (CAT) and this book explains that thoroughly. I can relate to the target audience of this book - health care workers- because my husband is a physician. I see first hand the stress and burnout in this field. I also see many of these workers experience decreasing levels of fulfillment at their chosen occupation. Therefore, this book is a great educational tool for health workers and so many other different fields. Let healing through visual arts begin!
