Great book

A great book for anyone struggling with menopause. I like that the book uses more holistic strategies rather than resorting to the use of drugs. The book covers so many different ways menopause can impact our life and strategies for helping you to thrive, including health, fitness, nutrition and mindfulness. Great book

It reminded me of my mother's menopause!

Great book to help with the challenges

This book has come at a great time as I am going through several challenges in my life due to menopause. I have been very overwhelmed by unpredictable mood swings and body changes and I am just exhausted. I just started a new business about a year ago and I am still trying to get the business on its own 2 legs and still working a full-time job. The author has taken an authentic approach that is built on personal experiences which made me feel seen and understood.

Chapter 7 is where I paid the absolute most attention as it reviews the taxing effects of menopause on mental health. The chapter provided insights and strategies that I have been implementing and that I found have been instrumental in helping me understand and manage my emotional well-being.

I like that the book takes a more holistic approach to menopause. Again, it's not just about physical changes but also about embracing this phase as an opportunity for personal growth and empowerment. The book covers a range of topics such as nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and self-care. With every chapter, you can feel the author's true authenticity shining through which kept me engaged. The narrator was able to bring the book to life and still ensure the author's authenticity would shine through.
