Not really worth listening to
Unfortunately is the review nothing else than an poor up list of headlines about these 3 therapy directions without going deeply in the process of understanding or demonstrations of the methods. You get very quickly bored by the monotonous reading style and loose interest in the listening.
If you want an comparison between different type of therapy like CBT and ACT and on Audible I recommend listening to “A liberated Mind” written and narrated!! by Dr. Steven Heyes. The book is a Pinguin book and you can get it for free with your monthly credits. And if you are looking for a book about CBT and ACT look at Ciarrochi and Bailey’s “ A CBT Practitioner’s Guide to ACT“ which it written with great respect.

Very poorly read. The audio and content is poor.
stopped listening after a short time as the audio is poor to say the least. The way in which it has been read is boring and hard to follow.
The content takes way too long over going over the same stuff instead of getting to the point and giving practical advice.
Don't waste your time with this book.
