Referrers to tables but none available on Audible?

As the narrator refers to tables in the audible content would be helpful to have this as an attachment as many other Audible books do when referring to tables - a little irritating not being able to see this hence slightly lower rating would have been 5 star otherwise. If they are available where can I get or download? Thanks.

Very informative

The author sounds like she genuinely wants to help you and has been through some tough times herself nutritionally. A very informative and generous (all the extra downloads you get) audio book. At first it was difficult listening as the wording came straight after the heading but I soon got used to it. Well worth a listen if you are carnivore curious or already carnivore. All I need to do now is start to follow it and heal myself, guess that's the hard part.

So informative

Thank you for the information! The lists get a little annoying to listen to at times but it's worth it... I think that's just from having it read to you instead of looking at the page. But the information is so valuable and the fact she narrates it makes it feel super personal! Everybody read this pleaseeee!

Questionable

It started off making a lot of sense, but when the author pronounced scientific words incorrectly and said that MSG was often added to vaccines, I thought that this is probably not the most reliable information and returned it. I still think that carnivore is likely to be the most healthy human diet and have enjoyed previous talks from the author.

Terrible Book

“Studies show” is the only thing you’ll remember from this book - except if you know anything about human diet, studies don’t show anything as nothing can be studied reliably. Too much details that you don’t need. Especially in the audio version all the read tables are nonsense and make the book terrible to listen. Luckily, there are much better resources for elimination diet (carnivore diet) than this useless creation.
