NO NONSENSE AND ESSENTIAL

Explains in Dr Berry's straight forward, sensible and easy to understand language, the benefits of making good life-style choices around getting practical exercise, sleeping well, and eating properly as a human being (mostly fatty meat) in order to live a healthier later life, less compromised by the chronic health issues we tend to take granted as part of growing older on a current diet of junk.

To some this information will come as a total revelation, but when you think about it seriously, and especially when you begin to implement it into your life, it becomes obvious and should be a no real 'no brainer'.

Read competently by both Authors, and including additional discussion on the points covered in each chapter, this is a quick but essential and potentially life-changing listen for almost everyone.

Paleo dominated with USA based health care focus.

This book will be of most interest if you are a man living in the USA with no issues at all about eating fatty meat 3 times per day.
