Summary
This book is part of a series about a single couple that needs to be heard in order.
The ugliest truths blossom into the prettiest lies.
A year into the relationship with Domenico, Seth still wants him as desperately as ever. Nothing is better than being intoxicated with lust for his deadly man and feeling his steady hands all over.
No matter the misunderstandings, the fights...the crash. The burn.
Crossing the Mexican border has been a goal for Seth and Domenico for a few months, but the trip couldn’t have ended in more of a disaster. While Domenico is stuck at home, for Seth, each passing day becomes more difficult. Desperate to keep his family afloat, he accepts a job offer from Los Sepultureros. The Gravediggers.
When Domenico’s need for control starts eroding their trust, Seth is sure their love can conquer all. But when Domenico rips open the wound left after the violence at the beginning of their relationship, it gushes blood all over their cozy lies, and this time, there may be no way to seal it.
Possible spoilers.
Themes: Mafia, cartel, assassin, organized crime, trust issues, religion, love
Genre: Dark, twisted romance / crime thriller
Warning: Adult content. If you are easily offended, this book is not for you.
Guns n’ Boys is a gritty series of extreme violence, offensive language, abuse, and morally ambiguous protagonists. Behind the morbid façade, there is a splash of inappropriate dark humor, and a love story that will crawl under your skin.

Domenico ...Will ....Be....In......Charge!!
As the boys make their journey south, trouble finds them again. And Domenico is hurt not just physically but he takes another blow to his pride. He tries to take care of all that is Seth because Seth is what makes his life finally whole. When Domenico gets hurt, he can't give him a roof over his head, food- nothing. And it's eating him up every day when he watches Seth go to work. He would love nothing more than to keep Seth by his side all day long on a pedestal so nothing will happen to him. And he knows Seth will walk into something dangerous without even realizing it.
That's where Miguel comes into the picture. Hot, tatted and in charge of a gang fighting the local cartel. Seth can't figure out what to make of him and vice versa. Dom gets one look at him and knows he's trouble.
There is so much friction building between the boys because Seth is worried Dom thinks he can't do anything right and will crumble without him. But secretly Seth just wants to be taken care of by the man he loves. The past is still a barrier between them and Seth isn't sure if his love for Domenico is enough anymore. What the?? He questions maybe they aren't meant to stay together if they can't at least talk about what happened. And when did Mark learn Italian and figure out what they've been secretly arguing about? How will Seth ever face him now?
Wyatt Baker as usual is perfect with his accents & timing. Gah, I love his Domenico voice!
This story will keep you on your toes with all that happens. I can't get enough of Seth & Dom and the audio just brings them to life even more. Where the heck is Dana and what is she up to? Can Miguel be trusted?
Bring on the Bloodbath!
