This book covers the entire development process
The stories and knowledge is priceless. The only negative is that the audio doesn't provide the chapter titles on the chapter sections where you can go back to review a title or subject.

Content first class - Listening hard work - Do it!
Great content but heavy going when the Narator occasionally tried to read out tables of information. I my view Mark would have conveyed the message better and in a more easily listened to manner. Read the book - listened to the book - now doing it.

Narrator makes you want to switch off
Buy the book and read it yourself. I wish I had bought the book rather than buy the audible version. There are key pieces of information that you just can’t retain as you switch off due to narrators reading technique,probably because he does not understand the subject matter. The author should narrate this instead.

Very monotonous book
Struggled to listen to the book and only made it half way. Narration is hard to concentrate on and the book talks as much about the author as the subject. Personally, I didn't want to hear how "great" the author is.

Now what I expected
Purchased to gain an insite / practical aspects of finding and converting commercial to residential, as I wanted to gain an insite into how individual investor could take advantage of new permitted development for conversions. What I got was brief account written for large corporates - no practical use for me.
