*Wedding Drama*

With Kilhallon Resort firmly up and running with the cafe, cottages and Yurts, Cal & Demi are busy getting things ready for their first ever Wedding, their first clients are famous celebrities, so no pressure what could possibly go wrong?… there are a few references to the Cornish scenery which sounds idyllic.

This wedding ceremony is a HandFasting. Which is legal but not recognised as a legal wedding in the U.K. the ceremony is mostly performed by a Celebrant and involves the couple holding hands so that their wrists or pulse points are touching. A length of ribbon or cord is looped around the hands 6 times as the couple make a declaration at each loop. (Something I had not heard of which goes back years)

There is drama as one vindictive person who is out to see Cal & Demi fail tries to sabotage the wedding and Cal has to leave to get closure on a personal matter as Demi wonders if he will be back in time to help out at the wedding. Will the HandFasting go ahead? And Cal has a surprise for Demi right at the end. A satisfying ending to the trilogy.

At the end of the book there are some recipes to try

love the whole Cornish Cafe series.

This book was great and really wrapped up the series beautifully. I'd love to know what happens to a couple of the characters who leave before the book ends.

A great ending to this series

I loved this book with its twists and turns. Peppered with laughter, sadness , adversity and love. It was a fitting end to Demi and cals story.

A very....

heart-warming and funny storyline from start to finish. The narrator was very good at using different voices for the characters.

Better than expected

Having read the previous book I wasn’t sure that this one would live up to what I expected but sure enough it surpassed it and left me happily wanting more , it enhanced my love of Cornwall as well .

Predictable but just what I needed to keep me company on long winter evenings! Love this type of book whilst I'm working away at home

Ok to pass a couple of hours

The book was ok, I have audio books and I must say, whoever narrated this was awful. The most boring voice, a good narrator brings characters to life, this one certainly did not!!!

Getting repetitive

I like the basic outline of the story, but a bit drawn out and the reader has a monotone voice. This is the last book I will listen to with her reading, she has a monotone voice. But I am also tired of the arch enemy Morgan. She hates cal but is dull. Sad this could have been a lovely story with a more upbeat voice. One other thing I find odd. demi is Cornish but her surname is jones. Her Cornish need is emphasized but no comment on why her Cornish father is a jones

Not great!!

Didnt enjoy the naration cal & Demi's voices were the same and a bit dull, so had to concentrate on who was supposed to be talking.Think it would have been better with a different narrator.
Overall a good story and i did finnish it.
