Emotional eating can really get me so this book has been super helpful. She explores how our emotions can take over and gives strategies for recognising the triggers and learning to take a moment to reflect before going for the fridge! Great resource
I have always joked that I live to eat instead of eat to live. I have been an emotional eater for so long that I had almost given up. This book was a great resource to help me identify my emotional triggers, and recognize how I guilt and shame myself when I go to food for emotional support.
