Oops, I’d already read the book …
I started listening to this audiobook and quickly realised that I had already read it. However this did not stop me in the slightest. If anything, it is even better as an audiobook and I particularly enjoyed listening to it on my commute home. In fact, sometimes I took a particularly long route to and from work just so I could listen to more. Well done.

Non stop action
Compelling character narrative drives this action packed story forward. Jason Trapp is a well defined action hero, a complex man with a sense of duty. Supporting characters continue to knit together and weave a story of intrigue and betrayal. Can’t wait until I read more of this fascinating character.

Loved this book. First one I have listened to featuring Jason Trapp. Great narration and a scarily plausible plot. Can’t wait for the next Trapp thriller

Fast paced spy/military thriller without any lingering on dull, insignificant points. Unpredictable but not left too long wondering. Very enjoyable.

A great start to a new series
This book is a brilliant political thriller. There are lots of twists and turns and the man narrating it is brilliant. I'm looking forward to the next book.

Read Greaney, Hurwitz and Lively first.
This novel does not compare to titles by the above authors, but can fill a gap if you have already devoured theie works and need something to bide your time. Story is ok if highly unrealistic and full of clichés and tropes. the characters are almost parodies of the various roles they fulfill and it is difficult to believe in the action as it plays out. Again, fine if you want a filler while you are waiting for other titles.
