This book has helped me a lot

This book contains a diet that helps our body to circulate as well. There are health advantages of this dash diet. The ingredients can be found in supermarkets which is perfect & easy to effort. Can’t wait to try all the recipes...

This is a complete audio guide for the dash diet.

There are tons of recipes to choose from that can help anyone succeed in this diet. I am so excited to get the most out of this diet. This book has helped me tremendously! Nice one!

Amazing book !

I cook with a Dash Diet practically every day, this cookbook is impeccable to enable me to remain on track. Before the last 40 minutes in this audiobook, I will get more transformative thoughts and endless tasty formulas customized to the Dash diet.

Definitely recommend it!!!

This audio book is a great start to the DD, easy to follow meal plans and recipes. It is also a good source of dietary information and follow-on plans. The diet is not hard to do and the results are wonderful.

This audiobook is perfect to get you started and the recipes are easy to make, and you'll have delicious meals with very little effort. Every meal contains well ingredients! Well done!

I will stick to this diet

This is a good guide for beginners because it covers the basics too well. It did not overwhelm me like the other books I listen to. This is a great book I would highly recommend!

Nice one!

The dash diet is for the long term. It's very healthy. Hadn't been on it a month before I could reduce my blood pressure medication. Losing weight much slower than I would like but I am pleased with feeling better and healthier.
