"Incredibly calming "
This was pretty good. It made me feel relaxed and calm and I'm pretty glad that I listened to it! The narrator was spectacular, with the perfect voice for hypnosis and the ambient noise was incredibly calming. To me, it felt a bit like being underwater, where other noises are muted and everything is calm and you're alone, right before your lungs start burning and you have to resurface.

I listen books all the time, but this one has a lot of deep revelation. The narrator is gifted in clearly explaining what you need to do, no filter, just the way you need to do it. This is a perfect audiobook for everyone. I purchased it from Audible. Sleep plays a crucial role in the enhancement and development of many vital functions of the body. These functions include metabolism, learning, immune system and memory. Sleeping is as essential as breathing and eating. Similar to the latter, sleeping is regulated by internal mechanisms. I would give this audiobook five star
I was given this audiobook as a gift and I am very impressed with how well-explained each concept and exercise is. This is the most useful audiobook on meditation that I have ever come across. Each chapter is both simple and profound and potent. The meditation on Day 4 with Mindful Eating was life-altering for me.
I’m fairly new at meditation and I love this audiobook! It takes you step by step through different ways to ease into the life altering progress of learning how to meditate.

Awesome listen book
I never really understood meditation in its totality but this audiobook delivered , it was concise and information filled with everything a person who is now learning about meditation needs to know, you can easily go from newbie to expert with this audiobook and the contents were easy to comprehend. I also loved learning about the benefits that goes along with meditation such as stress control and other ways to improve your life. This was a great audiobook!

Everyone Needs to Listening Amazing Book.
However I did want to find more peace in my life and that's when someone had mentioned mindfulness. So I started listening this book not knowing what to expect. Honestly I assumed I wouldn't understand half the stuff in it as I've never tried anything like this and thought you'd have to be like a Buddhist level to truly understand it.

I am a meditator myself and I really loved the reminder to practice engaged mindfulness. The whole section on working with mindfulness in daily life was so helpful for reminding me to stay grounded while I am going about my every day tasks. Awesome book and I would definitely recommend it to any other therapist or anyone interested in meditation!

This is a phenomenal audiobook! I consider it my better half's Sleep Bible! The two his rest and my rest has improved gigantically by joining a portion of the things referenced into our own lives.
This book is an unquestionable requirement purchase! What's more, tune in to the creator's web recording as well! It is VERY educational and an extraordinary tune in!
