The Doctor, Susan, Ian and Barbara land on the planet Hydra, where Admiral Jonas Kaan leads a vast flotilla of ships trying to elude the vicious race that has invaded and occupied their world. Perfect recreation of the Hartnell era
The story, the atmospheric music and sfx along with brilliant performances from all involved make this a must have for all fans of the first Doctor and his team.

I simply love the early stories of the first companions, Even though I have watched Sarah Jane seasons and her own spin-off... I wish that there were more stories about Barbara and Ian's era that I could listen to. This story got me sitting on the edge of my seat. I definitely recommend it.
