Identify parenting issue and self help
Sometimes people know they have a problem and seek to get help and remedy the situation. Effective Anger Management for Parents is one such book, that could help a parent overcome a problem they have that could project into their parenting style and onto their children.
The included exercises and space to tryout the ideas and document what could work for oneself. Although a tough topic, I enjoyed the humorous look at such a tough topic. Once you identify the problem, I think this audiobook could go a long way to helping anger issues for a parent, or anyone for that matter.

reflective
Even though I’m not a parent, this audiobook helped me see my own childhood from a new angle. It explains how anger is often passed down through generations and how parents can break harmful cycles. That really stuck with me, I saw a lot of my own upbringing in it. It’s an easy, insightful listen, and honestly, I think anyone could benefit from understanding emotions this way

No more drama
This parenting book is seriously awesome! It’s like a cheat sheet for parents who sometimes lose their cool, which, let's be real, happens to everyone. I used it for my family dynamics project, and it helped me understand why parents get so stressed. It's not just about yelling less; it teaches cool ways to actually talk to your kids and work together. This book is totally helpful for making family life way less dramatic!
