Exercises were explained well!

The excercises were very easy to follow in this resource and the explanations of why they were beneficial was very helpful! A 10 minute routine was intoduced and this duration doesn't seem overwhelming for someone who is just getting started. A very helpful resource!

A Fun Way to Stay Active with My Parents

As a senior myself, I find this audiobook to be an effectdive resource to improve my flexibility, balance, and strength. The exercises are practical and manageable, each designed to be completed in short lapses, great for beginners like me. The focus on gentle movements and seated positions makes it ideal for those with limited mobility or arthritis, allowing us to stay active and healthy without feeling overwhelmed.
