Hits the spot!
Once again, Louise Hay has come up trumps with this latest offering. She will guide you through a series of thought-provoking, yet simple, life-changing meditations. If you have not tried these spoken word affirmations then try them now...and wait and see how you life will be enriched!

Boring
I love Louise but this was so boring. I struggled to get through to the end.
And it has nothing to do with the title of "Embracing Change". It is just Louise talking generally about her beliefs (and rehashing old material).
And I can't believe that out of all the talks she has given this one was chosen to make an audio book. Weird.
