Good self-help book
Straight forward and easy reading with brilliant practical advice and interesting industry examples. Minimal jargon and lots of exercise to help apply the concepts. A wonderful resource to refer to for anyone wanting to improve communication skills, lead a team and develop working or personal relationships

Great Information
First off, this book was purchased for my wife, she wanted to read it as she has heard good things about the book. I ended up rading it and found that I could not put it down. There are some very informative things listed in here that gave me the desire to try and understand the entire person before jumping to a conclusion based off one incident. I enjoyed it

Perfect for Beginners
This book is really helping me. I have anxiety that comes and goes and the meditations are already helping, even though I'm still on the first one. The writing really speaks to me, it explains exactly what I am thinking in my head.

Clear and informative
This was well explained and very informative, Travis explain about many things which we are all aware of but may not know how to change. Now we do. It is a very helpful book if you want to really change your Emotional Intelligence and be more aware, more positive and happier

Great for Everyone!
I have been a victim of "monkey mind" for as long as I can remember. Years ago, when I tried to get a better handle on the events that were controlling my life, I focused on the external forces that I was sure had everything to do with my success [and failure] in life. If I was happy, something made me happy. If I was sad or depressed, something else made that happen, too. In my quest to gain greater control of my own life I realized that the thoughts I was creating every moment had everything to do with the quality of life I would experience at any given moment. Getting to the point, "Declutter Your Mind" is a powerful book on gaining total control of your mind, environment and shaping the future as you want it to be and not just relying on life to happen as it should

purely condescending
spends a long time explaining all the different ways people with low EQ are so much worse than people with high EQ. other books are far better at helping you rather than belittling you.
