Exactly what I expected.

Even though I tried several different diets and activities, I found it extremely difficult to reduce weight and simply kept gaining weight. I no longer feel hungry or need to eat rapidly, therefore I have quit snacking. It has aided me in eating more slowly, controlling my portions, and paying closer attention to what I'm consuming. Truly Appreciate this book.
