About this listen
The sequel to Monroe's Journey Out Of The Body is an amazing parapsychological odyssey that reflects a decade of research into the psychic realm beyond the known dimensions of physical reality.

Excellent knowledge, Really loved listening to both of Robert Monroe's books. (or is it AA)? 🤔 A lot to think on.

Science Fiction or fact? Monroe's profound journey
A rather too slow buildup for my liking, initially the book covers who the monroe institute was set up (yawn) which made me frustrated, as i was expecting some advice or guidance in practically beginning to experience OOBE's. but actually zero on this topic, monroe only describes his institute and very generally some of the technology that is used to stimulate OOBE's.
at this point i was frustrated and bored, as i wanted the book to be a 'how to' and it seemed like simply an extended advert for the institute and their services.
however, the book really kicks off in the 2nd half. Monroe describes his advanced OOBE's as encounters with other intelligent entities, beings of light who exist in other dimensions, and are eager to communicate and interact with us. Listening to the book, it occured to me that this could be viewed simply as a work of science fiction. there is really no way for me to assess the truth of Monroe's claims about the entities who contacted him. However, it's fascinating and becomes quite profound towards the end, with some deep philosophical views on life here on earth, and what lies beyond. overall recommended - despite the slow start, i will listen to this several times i think and also explore his other books.

Wow!!
Highly recommended.
I’ve started the Gateway program myself some months ago, and can already acknowledge a minuscule part of some of the content being covered in the book.

Love these books!
I loved reading the Robert Monroe books and loved listening to them. The narrator does an excellent job. I hope they create an audio book for the third title.

Profound
Listen only if you are looking for the meaning of life. Robert Monroe experimented in a scientific way with Out Of Body Experiences (OOBEs), he pioneered this field.
Start with the first book of Robert Monroe - “Journeys out of the body”. Enjoy!

Good content of the book.
The narrator is really good, the best I have listened to. The book itself is OK. The trip around somewhere some time was told with far too many details, quite boring sometimes. Also, it seems there is an American Fetish that everywhere in the world physical or non-physical there is somebody talking about America, longing to visit New York. Some times it made hard for me to believe in certain stories as it had some American connection.
