very good obe book
I've recently started trying to have obe's once getting to the vibration stage but then chickening out. so it was comforting for me to hear this guy did the same. it's great to read/hear a book written by someone experienced and genuine. my favourite book on the subject, you really get the feeling he is giving you the best advise to help you. recommended and would like some of his previous books to come to audible.

Practical book
It works- I had my first and only obe by putting the techniques into practice. I did get a bit freaked out (this was maybe 3 yeas ago). I’m revisiting it as I’m interested again. Very practical book.

Very detailed information on OBE
I don't think you need any other book on OBE because he covers almost every thing you need to learn the OBE and he explains a lot of techniques on OBE that will keep you active and focus for a long time till you find out what works for you to have your own OBE.
I strongly recommend "Hacking the Out of Body Experience" and will save you a lot of time and confusion.

The only OBE book you'll ever need
This is without doubt the best practical "how to" book on OBE'sI have read so far and I've read almost 100, having been fascinated by the subject for decades. I feel that this book brings together all of the best elements of every available source on the subject in one place and leaves out almost all of the dubious or simply non-scientific garbage. Although it does briefly touch on more superstitious elements, this is only done in order to highlight the scientific reasons why some may work occasionally, based on the subconscious belief of the individual. In this sense, some rituals or routines may help some people. If you enjoy anecdotal stories of OBE experience more than how to type publications, you can't beat Robert Monroe's books on his experiences, howevet if you simply want to arm yourself with the best chance at achieving your own OBE, this book can't be beaten. Well written, exhaustively researched and comprehensive, yet concise and to the point. Absolutely fantastic. Would give it 10 stars if I could, and I almost never leave reviews
