Absolute dross

Read like a bedtime story for the mentally challenged. Feels like the author was paid by the word, even the most elementary process or symptom is drawn out in painfully simplistic and elongated descriptions. Much repetition. If you think you have a fatty liver why not just go and see your MD? Please don’t rely on the dubious science and self assessment ideas offered in this book.
