Easy to listen to

Excellent book. More information than I required however very easy to recognise what one could do to improve and protect ones brain . The real life situations opened one's eyes to how the brain can be so easily damaged and healed. This made one reflect on situations past and present many light bulb moments. Tried some of the techniques which really worked immediately. All health professionals should access this book as well as non health professionals

brilliant

loved it, learned so much and i am pretty sure some of these tips will change my life, i am a fan of Dr Amen. loved the narator as well.
