New lifestyle with perks

I have always had trouble with my weight since I had my second child. I just hold on to the weight and my hormones never want me to eat when Im stressed. So i basically dont eat that healthy and I need a change. I dont like dieting and I see fasting as not eating and feeling like your starving. I thought I would look into this book to see if its do able. I was glad to see a chapter about easing into this method. It has ways to make it not so difficult. The hardest part is changing your habits. I love to positive mindset and guidence this book gives. I feel it is a hard transition in your older years in redarges to body image and this book makes it seem your not alone. Change is doable if you make it a priority. If you want to make changing your life a priority read this book.

Very informative! - Light at the end of the tunnel

Great for any Age

I am not over 50, but as women we are always health and weight conscious. I am sure this will be great for women over 50 but it is an excellent resource for fasting in general. It was practical and to the point.

I love the bonus recipes and the PDF that comes along with the audiobook for easy reference.

Low energy and wild hormones have been the talk of my lady town (friends) and this offers practical advice on how to tackle it with Intermittent fasting.

This one is a Multiple Time listen for me!
