Highly Recommend

Free Yourself from Anxious Attachment is a well-written guide that does a great job of helping the listener become more self-aware in order to understand your own insecurities, designed to help you foster better relationships. In order to build better relationships you first have to understand yourself and come to grips with loving yourself, which, in some cases, is the hardest part. The author has researched this topic extensively and brings a lot of first-time experience because she has always suffered from anxious attachment in her relationships. As someone who’s been in relationships with partners of varying degrees of anxious attachment, or this really creates a problem for both people. I highly recommend this book to anyone Going through this anxious attachment, and also, I think this book can help with any relationships. Highly recommend.

Great Book.

You really must have the audiobook. You will have the resources you need to confront those annoying emotions of envy, from fighting negative beliefs to bolstering your sense of worth and confidence. The focus on the transforming potential of self-love and self-care struck a chord with me. It's a chance to learn about yourself and gain independence from worry in the process.
I now have a much better grasp on this attachment technique thanks to this book. I think it's a good idea for all couples, not just those who are having problems, to be aware of this.

Absolute Stunning Book

This is an absolute brilliant and banging book. Whoever this author is is going to go far in her career. The first chapter dives straight into what Anxious Attachment is and how it is formed. Its almost like a psychology lesson its very very impressive. This chapter should give you a fantastic understanding of the condition. As a once Jealous person until I sorted myself out I think chapter four on side effects would be important to0 listen to there is such useful information in there. It will surprise you the side effect that can come along so take note. If your goal is self improvement then this book is for you and look forward to a stress free life and higher self-esteem. I rarely comment on narration but again fantastic and the voice goes very well with the topic. I cant speak highly enough of this book its brilliant. Kudos to the author for this masterpiece. This book will have a good impact on your life if you follow its teachings. Well done indeed.

Insightful information


As I ventured out of the familiar confines of high school and stepped into the wider world, I found myself navigating a new social landscape. While I haven't yet entered into a romantic relationship, I have actively sought connection by joining various clubs and groups on campus. Additionally, I have taken on a work-study position in the cafeteria, where I have the opportunity to interact with numerous fellow students.

During these interactions, I have witnessed instances of relationship conflicts unfold before my eyes. One such incident involved a distraught girl, overwhelmed with relationship troubles to the extent that she neglected an imminent deadline to move out of the dorms. Moved by her distress, I extended my assistance. Informative

I've become quite curious about various attachment styles recently and listening to this has demonstrated to me that I definitively don't have anxious attachment. I'm curious to read about the other styles and see where I fall.
For anyone who does have anxious attachment, this would be very useful (with exercises and tips etc). I also liked that it did not purport to be some sort of substitute for professional help if you do in fact suffer from anxious attachment in a way that is harmful to your life.
