Baker served as Chief of Staff and Secretary of the Treasury under President Reagan, Secretary of State and Chief of Staff under President George H. W. Bush, and represented the Bush-Cheney campaign during the 2000 Florida recount. Andy Stern is president of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). Last year, he led his union along with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and several others out of the AFL-CIO to start the Change to Win federation, the first new labor movement in 50 years. Stern was also a key strategist in the creation of Wal-Mart Watch, to push for better work conditions and health care benefits for the company's employees. His new book is A Country That Works: Getting America Back on Track (Broadcast Date: October 5, 2006)
