Just what I needed
Having read one of John’s books many years ago I knew I would benefit from this one. I didn’t expect it to benefit it me so much! Thanks for sharing these wisdom bits with us. I am implementing these one step at a time and I also highly recommend the dvd and study guide!

This beautiful book gives us a rare opportunity to reflect on our lives considering all that we experience, endure & enjoy in each season in this frantic world.In those reflections we are encouraged to pay attention to the state of our soul, our relationship with God, our relationships with family, friends, nature, our mobile phones, social media, internet use & even time itself. John Eldredge gently offers us advice & tools to help us navigate our way back to joy & peace filled living, at a slower pace, giving ourselves opportunities to be kinder to ourselves & others, and most importantly giving ourselves the ability to deepen our walk with God. I wholeheartedly recommend this book.
