Great story but long!
I enjoyed the performance and the story was good but on balance I found it went on too long. I really feel as if I have been listening to this book for months and I was listening regularly. if you can persevere it is worth finding out the end.

Gripping
What a terrific take. I loved the characterisations and the way the past and present events were interwoven. The eventual culprit be came apparent in the last chapters but this did not spoil the reveal. I thoroughly enjoyed the listen and would recommend.

Lots of twists to the story. The move between past and present was performed smoothly. Only guessed the culprit near the end. Beautifully read.

Gripping story!
Love a good who done it! Also liked how it kept going back and too from the 80s to the present with the same characters. Very sad story. Really felt for Emily
