Positive & Uplifting
It's a fairly solid self help type book that goes really personal for the author but in a really strong way that makes it relatable. You just can't judge someone's story just by looking at them. I really like that it was the author who read her own book because you can really feel the emotion she has when talking about her own life. Insightful and positive.

Rachel is amazing
Absolutely love anything this lady writes. Amazing, must listen for everyone.
I've been listening to this audio book in the gym and I don't even realise I'm working hard. It's like she's in my ears training me telling me I've got this.
