Probably good book, terrible audiobook.

Audiobook is full of references to code listings, with detailed analysis and comparison pointing out issues and resolutions. I assume book has those listings. Audiobook version doesn't.
Also, plenty of: see link, with no link info.
Shame, as the information in the book seems decent enough, but it's near impossible to absorbe it in this version.
