Actionable advice

This book is well written. There was not much new information for me as I have already read the books and listened to the podcasts referenced in the book but there was a clear actionable plan at the end which I liked.

Great book

I recommend this book to everyone with loads of things, it is eye opening.I bought myself a hard copy as I want go over everything again .

Not great for audio

While the narration is clear, it is monotone and, combined with the countless lists of medical/scientific terms (presumably to reinforce the ‘Stanford expertise’ of the author), it’s hard to maintain focus or interest.
