Summary

Nottingham has a thief. Nothing new there. Robin of Locksley has been making a fool of the sheriff for years. The people within the village have no faith in Charles Sullivan anymore, not that they had much to begin with.

But Nottingham also has a murderer; one determined to frame Robin for every crime that he commits. Without much choice, Robin turns himself into the stiff, unforgiving, attractively brooding sheriff. Robin very much needs to try and remain focused if he wants to clear his name. Unfortunately for him, Charles is just so fun to play with.

Charles knows Robin, though. He knows him better than anyone else. He knows his movements, his disguises, his speech patterns. He knows Robin so well that it disgusts him. It would be best for everyone involved if Charles could manage to maintain the anger he's let build toward Robin for half a decade. But he still has a job to do, and won’t let Robin hang for someone else’s crimes. Even if that means working with the enemy he’s been trying to bring in for the last five years.
