Summary

Stupidity can come in many forms, but for Bertie, the stupidity that is heavily linked to his immaturity hides a very dark problem—successful, a City of London-based investment banker by day, center of attention at parties by night, and a miserable f--king mess on the inside that he hides from the world at all other times. A book that generates tears and laughter in equal measure

I’ve never read a book geared towards the mental health of men before. It opened my eyes in so many ways. I now find myself worrying about so many people in my life who are seemingly confident and have everything - I have met many Martins over the years. Well done Mr Vanstone, this is extraordinary story writing with a really heartfelt message.
