I have always wondered about this. I was raised Catholic. From there I explored different horizons, but I always thought about this specific subject. This is an extraordinary audiobook that helps us understand this a lot more.

Refreshing!
How can I hear God speak is a question that has bothered so many people, but your answer is right here in this book. This book has just brought an answer to anyone with such questions. Having a personal relationship with God via his word grants us access to hearing him in a closer and in an intimate way, just like you can listen to your mum or dad’s voice. There is a lot to take from this short and easy-to-follow book.

Close to my heart... ❤️
Beautiful thoughts on how to get closer to God. Insights from the Bible and guidance on how to take your first wobbly steps in reaching into yourself to find Him.
I can identify with so much with what the author goes through, as a woman, wife and mum, particularly from the spiritual rather than very religious side. Raised as a Christian it is sometimes very hard to look hopefully beyond the rigid words of the Scripture. This books gives us hope and ways to find a better connection with ourselves, our close ones, and God, in turn.
I absolutely love how Mel’s dreams are coming true... check it out for yourself...

This book describes the five different ways God speaks to us in a new and refreshing way. It's invaluable in explaining how it's not just some other voice but God's, and how you can be confident that it is he and use what he tells you to direct your life. I would have this book, so buy it now!

Food for soul
I used to not believe in God or Higher Power but over the years, things happened in my life that I could not explain and led me to believe that there must be Higher Being watching over me. This book gives me comfort and helps me see the ways God trying to communicate with us. (I don't really like the term God as it seems to point to one religion but I do believe whatever higher being this is, we are all referring to the same one). With all the bustling and hustling of the modern life, it could be hard for us to connect to our inner voice. This book is a good reminder that maybe the Universe is trying to communicate with us in ways that we don't anticipate and we should open our eyes and ears to the message. I'm not into the scriptures much but the message in this book is worth a listen.

Such a lovely book!
This was such a lovely, poignant listen. Hearing about the personal stories of Mel and her communications with God was up-lifting. I have recommended this book to a couple of friends of mine who are struggling with personal circumstances in their life and are looking for a sense of purpose. God has a plan for all of us! Thanks to Mel for creating this book.

I loved it, we need more of this
A fresh look at an age-old message which has largely been forgotten. I liked that the book is very short and to the point, rather than droning on for hours. I would highly recommend this book to every Christian.

Helps you to reconnect with God
This is a quick and easy listen which really helps you find love and humour in God’s word. I love that Mel uses personal stories about ways that God has spoken to her, as it makes the book so much more relatable. My favourite story was how she came to live in England, this really struck a chord with me personally as I had a relative who had a similar experience (crazy because she’s also South African) except she moved to Australia!
Thank you for these words and prayers, they were an amazing reminder to listen out for God even in the strangest of times, as he is always there and listening.
