Really great audiobook.
Really great audiobook. Love the author's style of writing. I resonated with many of the topics. I would highly recommend for any sensitive souls out there looking for clarity of more understanding about themselves. It's also very helpful for anyone who is close to a highly empathetic person. It has lots of useful info about the types of empaths.

Great survival guide to heal from a narcissist 🌟
Thank you for your words of wisdom, compassion and love for the victims of a narcissistic relationship. It is so important for victims to know how common it is to be in an abusive relationship and now I am on the road to recovery how amazing it is to feel free. Breathe in breathe out
I wish that the narrator took her time by pausing a little between sentences and paragraphs to give the listener time to digest the information. The content were deep and meaningful but I felt I was missing a lot of what I was hearing so please slow down and breathe in breathe out.

Very inspiring and practical.
