Does not deliver what is promised
The categories are filled with promise of helping when you feel overwhelmed and stuck. Unfortunately it is so basic and obvious with no depth or substance. Not a helpful step by step, rather stating the obvious which if you are probably a cutely aware of if you're searching for help with Overwhelm and getting started. Don't waste your time or get fooled by the chapter headings.
