Powerful! Honest! Relatable! Magical advise and guidance!
This book gave me the kick I needed to up the anti! As soon as I finished reading this book, the first thing I did was go straight to my wardrobe to declutter and refine. It’s true, looking the part is so important. Look good, feel good, do good. Maria speaks about things in a way that is easy to digest and apply. Realistic suggestions that require realistic actions that will ultimately change the course of your life. I’m so pleased I stumbled across her instagram randomly which led me to this amazing book. I’ll be listening to her first book next! Bravo! Just spectacular. Thank you for blessing us all with your truth and your journey. Wow ...

Disappointing
I read Maria’s first book and really enjoyed it so had high hopes for this but was really disappointed. The voice ready the book is a complete mismatch to the tone of the content. It felt very awkward at times.
There were some good tips early on in the book but by the middle it felt rushed and like they just needed to fill out the book. The tips get a little ridiculous and out of touch by the end. For example, what type of cashmere scarf to pick to travel with. The fundamentals are: work hard, long hours and don’t give up. Be focused, network and always keep learning. Basically the obvious things you need to do to succeed in reaching your goals.

It was ok
It was ok, but it wasn't what I thought it would or maybe I have listened just too many of this type of book recently.

A bit too generic and filibustering
I am a bit disappointed considering the first book was very general, I was expecting the 'make it happen' book to be a bit more specific. Nothing I can take from it that is actually useful.
