Profound, insightful, helpful!

This book was amazing to read; insightful on heavy topics that were broken down with many examples for better understanding. I enjoyed how at the end of each chapter there were exercises to keep you not only engaged, but accountable, for doing the work that is the purpose of reading this book; learning and setting boundaries!

If you want your confidence to be sharpened, well try this audiobook and you will be more confident in communicating to other people and being shy will be less. This is a good catch for me and might be for you as well.

Very helpful and informative

I Was recommended this book by my therapist. Learning about boundaries is vital and may save multiple relationships in my life. Boundaries is a topic I never thought of, after listening to this I am automatically setting boundaries as the situations present themselves.
